My Medium
I enjoy watercolor, acrylic, printmaking and pastels. I am a
jack- of- all -trades, and never find enough time in the day to seek, create, and grow as an artist.
My Background
While I did study art in college, I consider myself mostly self-taught. I learn by doing. Experimentation has lead to some of my favorite paintings. Colors are magical and the interaction of colors possesses infinite possibilities for the artist and the viewer.
My Inspiration
I am inspired by the vast and magical ocean, and all it's possibilities.
I seek calm and peace in my life, and I paint to achieve that feeling. I hope to inspire those feelings in others as well. There is a lot of beauty to behold in our world, and I hope my art is a reminder of that.
Art is the highest form of hope.
